A rant follows about online groups with draconian posting policies!!
I was unsubbed from an MSN group that I had been a member of for more than a year. The site suddenly got deleted. I just found their new site, joined, and less than two weeks later I go to check in and get a message that I have been restricted from accessing the group! No warning, no second chance nothing, just ZAPPED!!
F*** them, I am so hurt and pissed off. Nothing sets off my obsessions more than being rejected without a chance to redeem myself.

OK. Deep breath. I am in waaaaay too many groups and am spending too much time on the computer. I had to rejoin the group at their new site because I didn't even know when the old one closed. I joined, and then didn't check for over a week. I should take this as a sign, it just wasn't meant to be. Who needs them? Good riddance. But still, it gets my panties in a wad. Why do group owners feel the need to force their members to participate ? Who cares if some members are silent? They have their reasons...I sure did!! It's bad enough to unsub somebody, but to ban them with no warning when they haven't insulted anyone, haven't let their email address bounce or anything, just to ban them...that is so clique-y, such a power trip. Do managers have nothing better to do with their time than go around banning members who have done nothing other than be quiet for awhile??

OK...off to see what the kids are doing to each other.....
